The term 'Live2Move' here after used in these Terms and Conditions (hereafter TC) includes Live2Move and all its subsidiaries or affiliated companies. Any term like Trademark, Brand, Product, Website, Document, etc. are generic and are covering in its entirety the business activities of Live2Move.
Please read these TC carefully before using Live2Move web sites. When using particular features and services on the Live2Move web sites, you will be subject to Live2Move guidelines and rules applicable to such features and services, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. Your use of Live2Move web sites and of the on line ordering system is expressly conditioned upon your acceptance of the following TC. By using the Live2Move web sites, you therefore signify your agreement to these TC. If you do not agree with any part of the following TC you should not use Live2Move web sites.
Termination of the TC
Live2Move reserves the right to terminate these TC or any of its items and/or to modify or eliminate any element of the content of the web sites and the offers without prior written notice. The provisions relating to Copyrights and Trademarks, Disclaimer, Claims, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Applicable Laws, Arbitration and General, shall survive any termination.
Copyright and Trademarks
The entire content of Live2Move web sites is protected by Singapore copyright and is the property of Live2Move. Therefore, unless otherwise specified herein, the content of the pages of the Live2Move web sites including the trademarks, trade names, and logos may not be reproduced in whole or in part in any material form (including photocopying or storing it in any medium by electronic means) without the prior written consent of Live2Move.
These TC are governed by the Singapore law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these TC or your access or use of the web sites shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore.
Should any differences arise between the parties resulting from the creation, interpretation, of the TC or execution, termination or cancellation of an on line sale, an attempt will be made to settle them out of court. If this fails, the difference will be brought before the Singapore Court considered as competent by the parties, even in the case of several defendants or an appeal for guarantees.
